If you are loves to flash mods as well as custom ROMs, we extremely recommend you to obtain one or more stock firmware for your AT&T Galaxy S5, because you never know when a bad thing comes to your phone. So, when something bad happens, you no longer need to be stressed, because you already have a first aid to recover your phone.

Some people find it hard to get a stock firmware because the file size is pretty massive for the size of a phone firmware. The AT&T Galaxy S5 stock firmware file size is around 1.8GB packed in a zip, so the actual file size is definitely larger than that. This is all because of too many apps that come preinstalled on this device, which explains why the file size of a custom ROM like CyanogenMod ROM is much smaller.
